What's the best AM3+ microATX board that supports 125W X6 CPUs?

I have an old X6 1075T 125W AM3 cpu that i'd like to move to a microATX format and use as a HTPC.

What board would you all recommend?

I'm not going to be overclocking (CPU, or RAM/BUS), but I would like a decent VRM because I would like it to last.

The best VRM i can find is still only 4+1 in miniATX though (Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3)

I don't care about onboard video since I will be using an old GTX260 for DXVA.
