Whats the best adhesive to glue plastic to cloth?

I have to glue a bilingual air bag label to a cloth sun visor. The airbag label has been plasticated. What is the best adhesive to use for this? Thanks ( the label is no more than 3" square)

Not gonna go well with adhesives. However, Dual-Lock is a mighty fine fastener with wicked strong adhesive.

I have used a 3M spray adhesive, evenly coat the back of the label and stick it on.
