whats the "Best" A64 to get right now?

As Im reading up thats what Im finding also.
3000V seems to be able to crank up nicely. What I cant find is if this is with stock cooling or more?

Let me also add that I'd like to continue to use my OCZ Perf RAM (2x512).
Whats my safest bet here to reach some speeds to better my 2500@3200 right now?
 
you can probably get up to 2800mhz on a 3000 or 3200. you will need a good cooler like a thermalright.
