I like the Antec fans because of the price, availability, and quality. Some guys swear by the panaflo and pabst. Good luck finding a pabst though.

www.mcmelectronics.com. They have brands like Aavid, NMB, and Panasonic, all ball bearing, some even 2-speed heat-sensing. $3-5.

panaflos are made by panasonic. they are pretty much universally regarded as best in terms of cooling/low noise level. i have some older sunon 80mm and they are kinda loud. if you get sunons make sure you get the newer quiet ones, i've heard they are pretty good. if you cant find a good deal on panaflos, the next to buy would be antec. go to the for sale forum and see if anyone has em for sale, or go to the cooling forum to ask where to get em.
