What's the best $150-$200 All-in-one card for video editing?

Hi,

I have a friend who's trying to put together a system. He's not too much into games, so I won't recommend the Geforce cards.

He wants to spend about $150-$200 (or less, of course) on a nice video card, something possibly with video in/out and maybe even a TV tuner, but of course we can get that seperately.

Is the VisionTek Geforce Everything something to consider? Are there some other options out there that would be better?

I think that the Gainward GeForce 2 Ti 500 gold sample VIVO card would work great in his case. It is about $138 at newegg, I think. It overclocks well and if you can ever get him into gaming it would work well for that too.

My radeon 64ddr does all that just fine. Also mpeg2.
