I'm pretty sure most flat panel type displays will be at 60hz. Those displays work much differently than a CRT display does. Flat panel displays do not flicker because the pixels are either on or off, instead of having to be refreshed at a certain rate by electron guns like CRT's are.
Yep, 60hz. I know this because I've had many problems running a monitor off a laptop at trade show booths. I want to run the LCD and monitor at the same time for display purposes, and any laptop I've seen will only do that at the same frequency for both, so the LCD looks great at 60 but the CRT looks like crap. To run the CRT at 75 or higher I have to turn off the LCD. Technology is such a PITA.
