What's the 5th "best" cuisine in the world??

I think is pretty much accepted that Chinese, French and Italian are the 3 best cuisines in the world. By best I mean the range of dishes they have, the ingredients they use, the complexity and imagination of the dishes, etc. I would say Japanese cuisine would come in a distant 4th. So who shall take the 5th??
