The singer for Republica is a female. Hector is correct. The song is from Powerman 5000 and song is called When Worlds Collide.

Yeah. When I saw Powerman 5000, I remembered instantly. Pretty good CD. I like the last track the best. It's on the Tonight, the Stars Revolt CD.
