You're either talking about Retin-A micro or Orthotri-cyclen I think... The latter can only be taken by women.
 
Works like retin-a but the side effects (Irritation, initial breakout, dry skin) are less severe. You can put micro on right after washing your face unlike regular retin-a you would have to wait 15 minutes. It's more effective. Also, for retin-a topical anything, there is an initial breakout within 4-6 weaks, bad break out with retin-a not sure about how bad retin-a micro is.
