What's that goowy stuff that keeps pwr connectors from unconnecting?

Have you ever seen an OEM computer such as a gateway,dell or compaq computer come with clear goowy stuff that hardens and helps make sure the power connectors don't come apart during shippment ? I would like to know the name of that stuff and where I can get some thanks!
