What's that Fancy Ski Mask Called?

Saw it in some kiosk at the mall, but can't find it again. It's similar to a ski mask, but it's a modular design where you can wear it with or without the mask (so that it only covers your head). I think you can also take it off and use it as a large mit. I'm gonna go photograph some winter landscapes so something like that will come in handy. Anybody know what it's called? And if you've used it, did it keep you warm?
