What's some good DDR to get?

I was planning on going with Corsair XMS, but after seeing the prices jump $30 on it...I said screw it.....So what's a good solid, stable, o/c'able brand of PC2700 DDR ram?

DAMMIT! Now google gear has the Corsair at $180

So what other brand of ram is good guys?

I've been seeing this GEIL or whatever a lot.....Mushkin? Crucial?

I swear by XMS. Generic memory you take your chances on it working at all, name brand memory you take a chance on it being able to overclock, XMS - you don't take any chances...It will overclock, period.

Geil would be another first choice but it's difficult to find in stock.

Why don't you pick up some PNY PC2100 that really use true Samsung PC2700 chips. Circuit city carries these 256mb sticks for $49 after rebate. They are single sided, with chips labled TCB3. I'm running a pair at DDR 390 . Others have easily gone over DDR 400 with the same chips.

I can testify to what dumslick said. I have some samsung too. Two single sided sticks of 256mband can run them up to DDR405 stable.
I only paided $30 for each stick because they were PNY packaged.
