What's some good apps for wiping HDD's in Windows?

I've got a handful of drives to erase and then re-partition... then reasonably and thoroughly test for any faults. They've got firend's data on them and I want to be sure they are permanently erased.

Partioning alone would not be very secure would it?

I want something I can specifically use in Windows. I have boot and nuke, but don't feel like resetting my PC, hooking up the HDD, etc., etc. I've got an EZ-Dock I'm trying to use.
