Everytime I read a review on neweggs website its has to have a rave about newegg shipping.

Yeah you ordered something and they got it out the door but doesn't every other internet store does that. They use fedex and UPS but so does every other internet store.

As for the prices, they are definitely high shop around and you can usually find stuff for much less shipped.

I have ordered from newegg in the past and I really didn't see them doing anything special so why the rave about newegg shipping. It just annoys me to no end. In fact I felt monarch do a better job of shipping than newegg, heck monarch even included a prepaid shipping label with the items I ordered.

Newegg was the best kept secret when it came to buying computer parts. They had the best prices around and their shipping was awesome. Everything changed when they became popular and started to branch out.

but so so wrong: 10 positives on ebay since 2001?

once you are not a virgin come back and tell us more.

You are obviously not a shopper.

newegg = no headaches.

To me that is > than saving $10-$100+ depending on purchase.

I used to shop at newegg a lot in the past but not anymore. They charge restocking fees for defective items too. I also have to pay return shipping cost.

Newegg sucks.

not many online retailers give you free 3 day shipping or 3 day at low price.
they ship confirm order and ship fast, unlike alot of other places.

the only thing that stands out about newegg to me is their website is very well design and their fast shipping. their prices aren't stellar, customer service seems ok, never had to deal with returns so no comment on that. i think most places charge restocking fee.

Stop side tracking, your argument is soooo american if you cant find a proper argument then attack the persons credibility. I bet you dont enjoy southpark.

The question is what is special about newegg shipping method that say zzf, outpost or monarch dont have. There are some newegg website features I like (especially the product views) but other than that its a typical internet store using a courier company for shipment.

What personal +ve experience have you had in saying that newegg is better.

if you are talking to me, this is just my checkbook, this year from only newegg:
Newegg - XP Pro /SP2 and NEC 3520A for dad -205.99
Newegg - OCZ PC3200 EL Plat Rev.2 2x512MB -269.32
Newegg - Lori - Modem -$11.49

If I pasted my CC + checkbook statements over the past few years I am willing to bet about $10k to newegg...esp when I was doing computer work on my own over those few years.

But I am not saying zipzoomfly (too much too list, a Logitech MX DUO with MX700 mouse for $54.99 was my last one for my dad, not to mention them beating monarch for my AMD 3200+ retail), monarch (too much to list ASUS P5AD2-E at $229 was the last purchase for my dad, a BFG 6800GT OC for me), or outpost (WAY too much PC4200 Corsair memory, harddrives at about 3 cents per gig, , or buy (great deals all the time from usb drive, to printer inks, etc), or yesmicro (an A8N-SLI), or securemart (VP912B at a steal) , or SVC (great on small parts like fans, screws, etc), or iSellSurplus (random deals but damn cheap if you sift through), or OnSale (oldy for a PC Power & Cooling 300ATX) or BuySoftware (oldy that gave me a logitech Mouseman Wheel, MX300, Plextor 40x wide scsi, tekram 390F, cheap cheap cheap win98 upgrade from win95, epson stylus 860 color, ASUS V3400/TV), or Crucial (ram since PC133 days), or *etc* don't have great deals. I am not going to begin on my corporate purchases.....

However if you shop smartly you will find great deals at newegg.

Thank you, please pull forward.

Newegg is great sometimes. The benefit is they are hassle free if you have a problem.

Stop talking to a noob like a noob.

Alot of stores = No headaches.

And you can save a lot depending on where you purchase elsewhere.

Advanced Search > Monarch and > ZZF for a number of complaint threads about slow shipping and items backordered but incorrectly listed as "in stock."

Newegg stock listings are accurate, and time to ship is fast even if you don't pay extra for priority handling.

use fedex and UPS but so does every other internet store.
But newegg actually gets the order out the door to fedex and UPS a day or two sooner, or a week or two sooner if M or ZZF was wrong about having an item in stock.

Newegg is not longer the cheapest around. And while they charge for 5 day fedex, places like ZZF give free 2 day fedex for pretty much the same price or only a dollar or two more.

(Plus, I dont have to pay taxes with other places like I do with newegg)
