What's PWM? Does it include northbridge?

I've overclocked my IS7 with 2.4c to 3.2ghz and the friggin PWM temps are at 50C when I game... how do I lower PWM temps? does it include the northbridge?

PWM = Pulse Width Modulation... It is reading the MOSFET temps, which are the little square, black voltage regulators usually located around the CPU socket.

You could try installing some small heatsinks like These on them. I would also try improving the case cooling, and place a fan blowing over the MOSFETS.

im read mosfets dont get hot at the top, but mostly at the bottom. so those heatsinks on mosfets are a waste, you need to somehow be able to cool down the bottom side, like the back side of your mobo where the mosfets are located.

Have you ever touched one of those while it is running, they do get hot on top. :Q
