what's power calibration error?

I keep getting this message during recording phase, any idea on what this is? and how to fix this problem?
 
I sometimes gets this too on my old burner.

Just drop to a lower speed & it will burn.

I guess it's just your burner having problem calibrating the laser to burn that media.
 
Well, I tried 4x once...and I still get this message.... you mean I should try 2x?
and my drives is not old at all...I bought it 2 months ago.
