I see this a lot when reading the descriptions for cases. Are they talking about the size of the power supply or what?

it means that the psu has a 2x2 12v connector that can be connected to the 2x2 on the mobo that directly powers the cpu

Oh. Is that different from a regular ATX p/s?

They are Regular PSU's. HOWEVER the P4 stands for Pentium 4 (duh). Meaning they are ready for Mother boards that have a P4. I dont know if it is for stability or what. but the boards will have a little plug in spot for the PSU to plug into. The PSU's though are ATX compadible and you can use them with any ATX MoBo provided that they have enough juice for it.
