What's Organization in the second colum of the table?

I believe its the layout of the chips on the actual stick of ram module - If you take a look all of the numbers on the page you referenced multipled equal 256mb

so - 64Mx4 is 4 chips of 64mb each or 256mb total on the stick.

Basically its gives you a clue to the density of the ram. That used to a big deal a while back, but not as much now.
