What's next after Crysis?

Now that Crysis and UT3 are out; what's the next big thing to look for in the PC gaming world?

Fallout 3 and Mafia II are on my watch list. GTA4 looks nice too.

In terms of graphics? Isn't Alan Wake suppose to be awesome?

Is Alan Wake ever going to be released, though? And would it even be playable on most PC's (the devs said it wouldn't run on a single core without hyperthreading)?
