Whats new in bios 1004?

I currently have 1001c. Its stable and I'm happy with it. What does 1004 add? Should I upgrade? Or should I go by the old saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it?"

1002 and 1003 offered better performance, but they sometimes miscounted the RAM, and wouldnt OC the FSB quite as high as 1001. But 1004 offers the performance increase from 1002 and 1003... but gets rid of the RAM counting bug, and allows the FAB to go as high as 1001... so 1004 is the best.
