Question What's needed for Secure Boot State On?

Updated my bios and I cannot get Secure Boot State = On. I'm using msinfo32 to observe the Secure Boot State; I've had it on with the last UEFI/bios, now I can't get it working.

I have CSM disabled, fTPM Enabled, Secure Boot = enabled
