I bought a new 2002 chevy prizm LSi. it comes w/P185/65R14 tires. but i have no idea what the mile warrenty (ie: 60k, 80k, 50k miles?) is for them. i called up Chevrolet and they said it's in the owners manual. i looked. not there.

so how many miles warrenty from Goodyear does the tires on my 2002 prizm lsi come with?

The warrenty is really junk as it is by the company that made the car. So you have to go to them if it wears out in the 36K time frame, and what they charge might be twice what you would pay to get new tires at Sams or Kmart.

But the prizm is a real good car, that and you probable got it cheap as this is the last year they are making it.

You might want to look at a 205-60-14 when you get new tires. Should add a better feal to the car.

If its the Goodyear Integra, you won't get 36K mile on it, probably more around 25K mile. The sooner you replace it, the better you are. That tire is really in the low end of the scale.

All of the new cars I have bought in the last few years came with a separate booklet that spelled out the tire warranty.
