Get the 9700pro or the 9800 pro and if you fail to get thoses order the fx5900... so get the ATI's. Im not sure but i thiink the ATI cards are the best not the "POWERED BY ATI" so buy "BUILT BY ATI" b/c they have faster clock speeds"

righht?

I'm not so sure about that. Any company that makes the card directly from the reference design essentially will have the EXACT card from ATI. Though in response to #1, I would just do a lot of research. Right now Twista's right though ATI got some good overclockers. I'd personally go for the 9700 Pro. But hey, the new 9600 Pro's use a new manufacturing process (right? I get my ati's mixed up) and should theoretically have more overhead for OCing.
