What's lowest power, low profile card? 4 Slimline.

My friend broke her onboard vga port. The new HP Slimline(s3700y) has PCI-x16 & psu of 160watts. She only does email - no video, no gaming. HP is no help. They want $1500 to repair a $500 pc. Have any of you installed a video card in a slimline? Are any cards rated under 300 watts?
