What's in the Frisco sauce at Steak 'n Shake?

I love Frisco melts and I've always wondered what's in the sauce? Ketchup and mayonnaise?

I must agree that they are awesome, I order thems most of the times i eat there.


No idea whats in it tho, if could be dead kitchen roaches mashed and roasted over flaming kitchen rats, and I would still think it tastes good (tho if i knew that, i probably wouldn't eat them again)

as a person that works in the Food and Beverage industry, it's more than likely exactly what you say it could be.

I Love the Frisco Sauce. Craved Chicken Melts during my pregnancy. I asked employees multiple times, they said it was thousand Island. After Trial and Error, I finally figured out: 1/3 cup of Thousand Island, 2/3 cup of French, other sites said Ketchup, but thats not it. The final ingredient is Catalina Dressing. Whatever amount it takes to suit your taste.
