What's in the food at Taco Bell that just wrecks havoc on your digestive system?

I kept away for over a year now from eating there. Today I made the mistake of eating there and I think I'm going to pay dearly for it in a bit.

So you got horrendously sick after you ate at Taco Bell, and then said "F it" and went back again, only to sick again? But even that wasn't enough, you threw caution to the wind and hit it a third time? Learn your lesson yet?

A Taco Bell nearby was shut down late last year. Some food safety commission did a spate of inspections, and this place was shut down for multiple sanitation violations.
