What's hogging my internet connection?

I am only getting 50Kbps whereas I use to get 2.8Mbps. None of the computers are downloading except mine. What software can I use to find the culprit? I connect using a VPN.

Try without the VPN to make sure it's not the VPN service itself causing problems.

And check the logs on your router to see if anything unusual has been creating connections.
