I'd say the TV dinner if it's something like Healthy Choice and/or isn't just a bunch of fried meat. I personally think they're all unhealthy, but to each his own.

Depends on the TV dinner, but most likey it has lower calories, fat, and sodium than your other choices. Unless it's one of those Hungry Man gutbusters.

Probably pizza. Low in sugar and at least you get something from it (dairy/tomato/perhaps a tad bit of fiber from the bread).

None of those are healthy...but the lesser of the evils listed I'd say would either be the pizza (depending on the toppings) or the TV Dinner.

Depends how you define healthy? Trans-fats? Or are you trying to keep calories down? Also, are you eating a whole pizza at pizza hut?

"TV Dinners" have really progressed and are very reasonable dinner choices any more. Especially if go for the more "health oriented" brands like Lean Quiseine, Kashi or South Beach.

Many of those dinners are under 300 calories, offer 5+ grams of fiber, 20 grams+ of protein, very generous helpings of veggies, and very minimal amounts of fat (less than 5 grams).

It's hell of a lot better than what most people either bring in from home for leftovers or pick up from a sandwhich shop.

Depends on the TV dinner and pizza. And how much pizza. Pizza hut has a "fit & delicious" pizza that is basically a thin crust with more sauce and less cheese. If you get that with ham or some veggie and don't eat a lot of it, it's not too bad at all. If you are talking about a lean cuisine or healthy choice, or that sort of thing, that would be best.
