What's happening to ZZF?

They've dropped 2 points in their 6 month rating from their lifetime rating. They're customer service and return ratings are dismal and the rest isn't that great either!

I have never had any problems but the last time I bought from them it did take a little longer than usual to ship out.

Odd, indeed. I've never had a problem with ZZF, so I will continue to use them until that happens (if ever). I love ZZF.

they have good prices and shipping rates, but i'll agree with the ratings that their customer service sucks. basically every single problem boils down to "call the manufacturer" or "sorry we can't help you" from them

meh, go look up a dozen major B&M retailers that have been around for decades. Alot have lifetime ratings of under 5 yet you shop with them every year.
