What's Half-Life: Day One?

it was the demo that was bundled with some voodoo banshee cards. it came out about a month before halflife was released

Day One was also given to reviewers to, well, review. I still remember their enthusiasm. HL was pretty darn good (except for that last 1/5 which utterly stunk). The sequel can't arrive soon enough...let's just hope doesn't follow the "Duke 3D Forever" timeline.

Valve is working on HL2? That's the first time I hear that ... of course you could, in a way, call TF2 a sequel to HL.
So, are they working on a direct sequel?

Hmmm... my ATI Rage Fury came with HL😀ay One... it's just a demo... pretty good I must say when I first popped it in and played it... love that game...

I read somewhere online they were but that was was pre-TF2, though (long time ago). Given HL's success they'd be fools for not doing a sequel asap.
