What's Going to be the Next Best Thing

I'm starting this thread to give people a place to post what they think the next best thing in computer technology will be.... What do you think, crystal hard drives?, mini dvd's take over the world?, Bluetooth (chuckle)? Where do you stand?

I've been waiting for the next big thing for the past 8 yrs or so... IMO I dont think there has been anything great since 1996 with the release of 3d accelerators. Everything since then has just been technilogical improvments. ie, EDO -> SDRAM -> DDR. PATA->SATA.

But im only talking on a desktop related senario. There are other fronts of lifestyle that involved technology. We just have to wait a few years to see what businesses bring to the public. Maybe time travel
