recently this girl where i work has started talking to me and saying hi and smiling at me.
she's been here for about 8 months or so i would guess. up until like the past 2 weeks she barely talked to me but now she is doing the stuff above.

now, its not anything really flirty imo but i don't know what brought on the sudden change.

now the bad part - i'm pretty sure she's married...

The next time she comes up and starts flirting with you say "Hey, I'm going to <random place> after work. Would you like to come with me?"

Just a thought. I know I know... this is ATOT and the thought of actually talking to a girl who is giving you signals is against law here... but give it a shot and see what happens.

If she is married or involved with someone and that fact actually matters to her, then she would definitely let you know when you asked her out. If she's not, hit that sh!t!

How are you "pretty sure she's married". Here's a tip my friend, there's usually a ring on the left hand ring finger!

Aside from that did you ever stop to think maybe she realized she was never friendly before and didn't want you to think she was a prude so decided to say hello?

sometimes "hello" means "hello".

If you know she is married or find out she is, then leave it alone. If you go any farther with it then you get what you deserve.

obviously you didn't read my thread.

as to why do i think she's married? i thought i heard her talking abouther fiancee once, she had a wedding photo on her desktop. the photo had 2 couples in it so i don't know if she was the bride or the other girl was.

and like i already said, i need to find out.
