What's going on here?

I've recently built a fairly inexpensive box that is going to be used primarily for storage - photos, videos, music, etc. To consolidate space and provide some redundancy, I used mdadm to build a 4-drive RAID-5 array. Here's the problem: mdadm says everything is OK, but when I mount /dev/md0 into a directory, I only see the size of a single drive when I run a command like df. So what should be 1TB+ of space shows up as just 460-odd GB. What am I missing here?

EDIT: nevermind...file system was gummed up. I re-partitioned and re-formatted, and now the full 1.36TB is showing up 🙂
