Whats goin on with Family Guy?

Family guy show on fox for people that didnt know whats goin on with it? hasent been on for so long I thought fox bought another season of it?

last i had heard was that fox had bought another season, but too late, so it might be shown on FX or somethign like that, i'd also heard rumors of it beign bought out by comedy central and being coupled with South Park Wed. nights

Basically fox decided to late in the year to renew their contract so the new episodes will not be ready till sometime next spring or so. Fox is still holding on to a few new episodes from last season including the Xmas episode so maybe we will get some sooner if one of the crappy new shows flops. Rightnow Family Guy is listed as a backup show along with another show I really hope does well a live action version of THE TICK.
