What's for lunch & dinner? 9/20/2003

What's everybody having for lunch today? Plans for dinner?

 

Lunch - chicken orzo casserole, cottage cheese, yogurt, and jello with whipped cream
Dinner - Chinese takeout

<-- Had wisdom teeth out yesterday, and is almost back to regular food with NO pain at all!

Working on brunch . . .

huevos rancheros

(mexi style eggs with homemade veggie beans and rice and enchillada sauce and guacamole/fresh salsa)

No idea for dinner . . . perhaps homemade Pho . . . or a caesar salad with homegrown sunflower sprouts and split pea soup. . .

damn, I'm hungry.

Lunch: Some pasta, 4cheesesauce, broccoli, califlower, 'shrooms and chicken. And some Croisants.

Dinner: Baked Salmon w/ Lemon Pepper topping, sweet potato's, and asparagus. Probably a salad and some more bread.

Both lunch and dinner came out good (see above). chocolate chip Banana bread for dessert = mmmmmm.

Lunch was some yummy Indian food in New Haven, yum.

Snack item of the night was an egg roll.
