What's the difference between chopped vs sliced brisket? Or is it simply a personal preference thing?

I had a leftover cheeseburger. the other night i made a bunch for my kids and the friends they had over.

hmm a brisket. i hate Northern IL in that we don't have some good brisket places. when i go down south to see my dad (near the kentucky boarder) there are good BBQ places all over. you can get a great brisket.

Local cheap Chinese American place.

Had some Kung Pao Chicken. I don't care how "authentic" it is, it's fvcking awesome when Wah Feng makes it. I ask for extra spicy, and they deliver a fiery delicious platter of chicken and veggies and cashews and rice with a drink and eggroll, all for under $7.
