I made palomilla style chicken tenders for the kids (I lightly bread them with Italian style bread crumbs and pan fry them (not deep fry!) in olive oil) and salad for the kids...

The Mister's gone vegetarian so when he gets home later tonight, I'll have some tofu and bok choy stir fried with black bean chili sauce and rice ready for him.
