I?m now feasting on a pot of Ben & Jerry?s finest Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream.

We're making a goat cheese, onion and sun-dried tomato ravioli with a white wine (Trimbach Riesling) cream sauce. Tomato bisque for soup and a pretty standard salad. Goat cheese stuffed Spanish roasted piquillo peppers with olive tapenade for appetizer. All are made from scratch, nothing canned except the peppers since you can't get them fresh here.

With it we'll be drinking a Bryce Pinot Noir (unbelievable Oregon Pinot) and a Sauternes for dessert. I'm a glutton.

Just got in from playing basketball and decided to chow on some ice cream. Triple chocolate ice cream with walnuts, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and coconut flakes on top.
