Peanut butter and jelly sandwich with Skippy Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter. I eat about 8 Tbps of peanut butter a day, all in one sandwich. That and two apples and a cup of coffee constitutes my breakfast.

I adore peanut butter.

I used to eat cereal with skim milk and had high cholesterol. Now I eat eggs, bacon, and whole milk and have low cholesterol. 🙂

I had a bagel + egg sandwich, mixing it up this week from my usual two scrambled eggs fried in butter.
