What's for breakfast? Post pics!

Breakfast is one of the best meals of the day, if not the best! It's certainly above lunch. So many great types of food that are suitable no matter what you're in the mood for.

What did you have for breakfast?

Here's what I made yesterday - two fried eggs with a couple of slices of mozzarella cheese on a poppy seed bagel. Also had two cups of dark French roast coffee made with my French press.

Today was just a couple of bowls of Raisin Bran.

No pics...but my normal breakfast is boring as hell.

low calorie yogurt, 2 slices of dry, low calorie toast with low calorie, sugar free preserves, 2 mandarin oranges, or 1 cara cara orange.

It's working though...I've dropped about 30 lbs since December. (that number would be bigger if I'd stop "splurging" and eating the fattening stuff that made me the "Jabba the Hutt" I am today.
 
Same here, no pics. But I did have some ham and beans, and a bit later two microwaved small potatoes with butter.
 
I always start the morning with black coffee and a banana.
Prior to that one vitamine/mineral supplement during work days and after one vitamine/mineral supplement that during the weekend.
 
I usually make a veggie, meat, and egg stir fry. Usually fry up onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms, then some cut up pre-cooked meat and then pour a couple of scrambled up eggs with some worcestershire in it over it. Other days it's 2 eggs sunny side up, a small piece of meat to soak up the runny yolks.

Nothing worth looking at.
 
Today was oatmeal day - overnight steel cut oats with a little bit of honey, and I added some banana and blueberries. Had some walnuts on the side.

Dammit...3 years later, I wish I'd have stayed on that "diet." I've gained about 20 lbs from then...and 30 from 2 years ago.
This morning was 4 slices of not-so-low calorie toast with Jif "Natural" peanut butter and Smucker's sugar free preserves...and 2 home-made blueberry pancakes left over from a couple of days ago...drowned in real maple syrup...and a low-calorie yogurt to cancel out all the unhealthy stuff. 😛
