What's faster, AMD XP Barton or Sempron at 2.2GHz?

Faster overall? I play alot of games and wondering if me doing a small upgrade to a Sempron at 2.2GHz will be worth it?
 
Which Barton do you have and what is it overclocked to? Were you talking about an overclocked socket 754 Sempron, or socket A?
