I'm sitting here at work thinking how much I can't wait for this day to end. I'm going camping, party, and a End of Summer Bash car show.

What's everyone else doing?
 
Can't wait for this day to end too. Probably just sit in front of the TV and watch the olympics. Go out to with gf and just chill. Hopefully get a little game play of Doom3 if have some time.
 
hmm.. that mazda thread reminded me that i need to change my oil, so i'll probably do that on saturday

probably just relax other than that!
 
working fri and sat night at the bar. girls parents are away all weekend, soooooooooooooo
 
Have a flight tommorow back to Toronto, from Vancouver. 3 time zones, that'll be fun.
Then my ex is picking me up, :roll:
Then I see my current one for one day before she moves back to Vancouver on Monday.
 
Going out for sushi and saki/beer with a friend tonite.

Tomorrow, volunteer work in the morning, run some errands, oil change in the truck, fix the muffler that rusted and fell off my work car ('71 VW), then hang out all afternoon at home cleaning up my office (45 gallon tub of PC parts to sort/giveaway/trash/sell).

Sunday, have a meeting, some more volunteer work, then the afternoon is mine to vegetate.

Ya know, speaking of Doom. I just installed it on my PC and haven't had much of a chance to play it. The one thing I did notice is that once I started playing, it got really dark. I mean so dark you can't even see the monsters coming at you. Is there a Brightness option in the game itself? I mean you can't fire your gun while your using the flashlight. So what the hell?

This is depressing - I don't have any plans for the weekend except to take my son to his games, and clean and do laundry.

Gotta come up with something better. I mean, a movie would be okay, but maybe I should plan something more exciting? Maybe I should . . . STOP!!!! What am I thinking!!!!! Last weekend was my daughter's wedding, way too much excitement. I'm still recovering from it - I still have boxes of junk from it (that's some of the cleaning). Whoa. How about, sleep late, play solitaire, pig out on pancakes & blueberries. Yeah, I can handle that.

Not depressing at all 🙂 .
 
I'm oncall for work.

When I'm not fixing stuff, I'm going to repair the armrest on my maxima, fix the radio display, clean my garage/shop, and start working on putting my minibike back together.


My wife and kids are out of town for the weekend so its ME, all MEMEMEMEMEMEMEMEMEMEMEEEEEE
