Well, french words aside:

"Continuing physical possession, without detriment, of the cake, is unquestionable, incomplete with ingestion thereof."

Sounds like an altavista translation of something trying to sound important. 😉
 
It is unquestionable that a cake was continually posessed without ill effects. Posession of the cake is incomplete because (part of?) it has been ingested.

Don't know what the heck it's talking about, but...
Thereof is one word. 🙂
