What's difference between 4400+ X2 110W and 89W?

I'm thinking about getting 4400+ X2. At AMD's website there are two kinds of ADA4400CDBOX, one with 110W and one with 89W. Which one is available out there? Which one is better? Thanks.

The differance is about 21w..they both have the same part number so there is really no way to tell them apart when you buy it, but the 89w versions tend to OC a little better, and obviously use less power, which means less heat.
