Hi,

I am trying to decide which RAM to buy for an Asus P4P800 Deluxe. Since this is Springdale, it needs to be non-ECC RAM I believe. Which of the following should I choose from OCZ:

- OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 Dual Channel
- OCZ EL DDR PC-3500 Dual Channel
- OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 Dual Channel Platinum
- OCZ EL DDR PC-3500 Dual Channel Platinum

Which ones will work best with the P4P800 Deluxe? I don't want to spend too much money, so is it really that interesting to get 3500 instead of 3200 and Platinum instead of regular?!!

Thanks!!

They both suck, actually OCZ sucks my left nut. Do yourself a favor and avoid OCZ like the plauge!

u ppls are so unhelpful, go do me a favor and answer this person's question or shutup and flame another board...i don't think Dance123 cares about what u think about OCZ, he wants to know FACTS not objective opinions.

to answer you question, the Platinum uses a lower nanosecond memory chip than its EL counterpart. eg: 3200 PL uses 4.5ns and 3500 Pl uses 4?? not sure..maybe also 4.5

but i know one thing for sure..its also platinum!! haha enjoy the look :D
