What's connected to my EE Brightbox

Upon looking at my EE BB via url 192.168.1.1 I've noticed something with below details is conntected wirelessly;

Name: NP-1MK42N025933
Mac Address: DC:3A:5E:8F😀0:7F
Ip Address: 192.168.1.59

I'm aware of this pc ip ends .58, my other pc .57 and the wifes .132, also iPhone .64

The one I first listed I'm not familiar with or can't pinpoint.

Anybody got any ideas what it coulds be?

Oh it's not my wifi and can't be anything else.

Please assist.

Sorted. Changed router password then re-logged in all appliances.
