What's causing these video artifacts?

Hey guys, I upgraded my video card and PSU recently, and I've seen these artifacts twice in about month, they don't show up in screenshots and so far I've only seen them in this game (BF Bad Company 2), though I play it 90% of the time.

My temps are around 50c while playing.

Does anyone know if they're hardware or software related, or any idea on where I should look to get rid of them?
