whats causing random reboots?

my OC rig:

A64 3000@2.15
512 Mushkin 3500 lvl 1 @ 2-3-3
ASUS deluxe w/ Vcore 1.550
Antec truepower 430W

mostly stable, but getting occasional reboots. already done memtest, no errors. ran prime95 all night on stock settings without errors. do i need to up the vcore some more? should i adjust my RAM voltage (set at auto right now)?
