What's C1E in the BIOS?

You should leave c1e enabled. Speedstep and C&Q should also be enabled. For some reason, some people like to disable these when overclocking, and it just doesn't make any sense.


In simplest terms, quoted from another forum:
"Cool 'n' Quiet adjusts the multiplier and vcore based on CPU load. C1E lowers multiplier and vcore when idle."
