Polos are fine. I go with short sleeve button up shirt or polo + khakis.

Hell. I'm in shorts t-shirt and sandal right now just cuz its friday =)

I hated how in HS my stupid FBLA president would go "Biz casual for our team dinner" and he would expect everyone to be in button upped shirts. I was like "dude the only difference between formal and biz casual for you is losing the friggn blazer." so retarded. come on even speech & debate had team dinners in total casual atmosphere.
